Located in Bexley, this home is close to local shops, parks and public transport, offering a convenient and comfortable lifestyle in a quiet suburban setting.

The vacant bedroom is located upstairs and includes a walk-in wardrobe and a private ensuite, offering comfort and independence.

 

  • Current Cohort

     

    The current group of residents have been living together for some time.

    They are males aged 27 to early 30s with Autism and developmental delays, who enjoy structured routines and participate in a range of Day Programs and Community Participation (CP) activities.

  • About you

     

    • Ratio: 2:4 shared supports during peak times

    • Some scheduled 1:1 support

    • Overnight: Active night shift (1:4 Wakeover)

    • Availability: From 4 November 2025

    Funding Requirements – to apply for this vacancy, you are required to have SIL funding in your NDIS plan.

    What is SIL?

     

    Supported Independent Living (SIL) is help with and/or supervision of daily tasks to develop the skills of an individual to live as independently as possible. These are the supports provided to a participant in their home, regardless of property ownership, and can be in a shared or individual arrangement.

    Assistance provided to a participant will be included as part of their plan depending on the level of support they require to live independently in the housing option of their choice.
