Civic’s Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) services are designed to help people with intellectual disability, autism & ADHD prepare for work, find the right job and develop skills and confidence. Backed by over 65 years of experience, Civic is a trusted provider of specialist inclusive employment support across NSW.
Our job coaches take the time to understand your strengths, interests and goals. We work with you, your family and employers to create inclusive workplaces where everyone belongs. And our support doesn’t stop when you start your job, we continue working with you and your employer to help you build the skills and confidence you need to succeed at work.

How to Access this Service
As a specialist provider, Civic focuses on providing Inclusive Employment Australia services to:
✓ People with intellectual disability
✓ People with Autism
✓ People with ADHD
You may be eligible to receive these services if
✓ You receive the Disability Support Pension (DSP)
✓ Have a previous Employment Services Assessment (ESAt)
✓ You are an NDIS Participant
To access services under IEA, you must also be over 14 years of age and either an Australian Citizen or hold a Temporary Protection Visa or Safe Haven Visa.
